amaru31Today, 31st January, in the third oral tribunal of the penal section, the disgusting authority issued verdicts against the 5 comrades accused of an incendiary attack on the inquisitors’ dungeon carried out in November 2014.
With the bourgeois morals and laws on their side, the judges decided on the comrades’ lives as follow:
*Natalia Alvarado: acquitted of all charges
*Maria Paz Vera: acquitted of all charges
*Manuel Espinoza: guilty of arson in residential area, acquitted of the charge of transporting an incendiary device and of attempted murder

*Víctor Zuñiga (Amaru): guilty of arson in residential area, acquitted of the charge of transporting an incendiary device and of attempted murder
*Felipe Roman: guilty of arson in residential area, acquitted of the charge of transporting an incendiary device and of attempted murder
The prosecutor made his calculations of the convicted comrades in the hope to get them 15 years in prison each.
The hearing where the sentence and years in prison are to be pronounced will take place on 24th February 2017.
We point out that after the hearing both the defence and the prosecution will be able to appeal the sentence.
With joy at comrades Maria Paz and Natalia being free again, insurgent and incendiary solidarity with Manuel, Amaru and Felipe!
No hope or belief in courts, their justice, judges and the world that creates them!
