Translated by act for freedom now!
It was about time!
Without waiting for the end of the six-month term of remand in custody, and subsequent release from detention, an investigating judge decided that those who were in prison or under house arrest since 3rd June were to be released and to report to the local police station twice a week.
Fabio, Michele, Paolo and Andrea [the four comrades who were still in prison] were therefore released from jail, but Claudio, Niccolò and Chiara, released as for this case but locked up following an attack on the TAV yard of Chiomonte, are still being held prisoners.
Those who in the last six months had been subjected to restrictive measures such as compulsory residence or banning orders are now free.
Yesterday, during the preliminary hearing of the trial, prosecutor Rinaudo announced another request for Special Surveillance orders: besides Fabio, Paolo, Andrea and Marianna, the prosecutor will also try to inflict it on Michele.
