The court of review was due to decide over terrorism charges pressed by Turin prosecutors against Lucio Alberti, Graziano Mazzarelli and Francesco Sala just before Christmas. The court has decided that there are no terrorism offences.
This was the latest hysterical attempt by the prosecutors with helmets (who had made the charges a few days before the sentence against Chiara, Claudio, Mattia and Niccolò was pronounced) at continuing the construction of their castle of charges against the NO TAV movement.
The comrades stand accused of possession and fabrication of Molotov and of resisting a public official, and these charges imply pre-trial detention in prison.
