In the night between 18th and 18th May two poste ATMs were sabotaged in Bologna, and a banner was put up against the deportations Mistral Air carry out on behalf of the State.
Everybody knows perfectly about the role of Poste Italiane in the distribution of the mail and about its activity in the sectors of finance and telecommunications. But few know that through its air company, Mistral Air, the Gruppo Poste italiane has been working for the Ministry of the Interior for five years, on behalf of which it operates the transfer of people without documents from the CIEs that are still there. Every time prisoners rebel and put the concentration camps that imprison them in flames making them unusable, Mistral Air is in charge of gathering them up and moving them to the centres still in function. But Poste’s complicity doesn’t stop here, given the main role its air company plays in the deportation of those without documents to their countries of origin with which Italy made agreements for repatriation, particularly Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia and Nigeria.
Since the beginning of 2015 Mistral Air has deported more than 3,000 people against their will, with huge deployments of police to watch over the operations under the threat of truncheons and electric shocks caused by taser guns.
In solidarity with the 50 migrants arrested in Ventimiglia and deported to Taranto with a Poste plane last week; with all those who are trying to cross the Italy-France border, and owing to the Alfano plan are being identified and deported; with the prisoners of Lampedusa and the Hotspot system; with all the prisoners of the CIEs; with anyone oppressed by the brutality of a State that by law deprives thousands of people fleeing wars, devastation and exploitation of their lives; with those arrested and put on trial in Brenner; with those who struggle every day to destroy this world made of borders, prisons, material and mental walls erected between us.
It is necessary to do something to attack at least one of the clogs of the device of control and repression which expands from the border over territories, cities and the bodies of the people living in them and crossing them.
We’ll destroy all borders, we’ll attack anyone who decides to be their accomplice.
Solidarity is a weapon and we’ll keep on using it!
