Patra, Greece – Taking responsibility
In the early hours of December 6, we attacked Piraeus Bank in Ellina Stratiwti street, breaking the facade and the ATMs. Amidst state bans aimed at enforcing silence and normalizing repression to an even greater degree, burying and criminalizing social and class struggles, attacking struggling social groups with hordes of cops in the streets and upgraded repression, we carried out a minimal memorial action for the continuation of the insurrectional and aggressive meaning of the December 2008 revolt.
The protests, the sabotages, the attacks on state and capitalist objectives are timeless tools in the quiver of the struggle for social revolution and we will preserve them at all costs against the capitalist attack on our lives. In the picture that we saw the next day, the murderers guarding the monument of anarchist student Alexandros Grigoropoulos but also in all that had happened throughout Greece, we answer with our daily action, preparing for the necessary organization and sharpening of our tools and struggles. And a promise, that December is not over, it lives in the hearts and minds of all fighting for a world of equality, solidarity, freedom, a world to be born on the ruins of the state and capital.
