To defend Dervenion 56 and all squats,to prepare the ground for the coming social uprising.

We are calling for international actions in solidarity with the Squats. Make the Greek state, the greek capital and its partners regret the choice they made to attack the movement and its spaces in Greece.

Received on : 7.7.20

A todxs

Indonesia: Solidarity with Anarchist Prisoners in Tangerang and Bekasi

On April 9th, 2020, three of our comrades were arrested and convicted of a heavy crime for spraying several graffiti that say “sudah krisis, saatnya membakar” (there’s a crisis already, time to burn) and “melawan atau mati konyol” (fight or perish). What is actually a voice of rightful citizens is considered a crime of provocation. Their art is a valid criticisms toward the government’s lack of integrity in mitigating the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic and just a petty crime at most.
Not long after, two other anarchists were also arrested by the police in Tangerang and Bekasi, without any solid ground. During the investigation, they were beaten and their faces were wrapped with plastic, which made them unconscious; a series of unauthorized measures to the point of torture. This violence was followed by isolation that made them unaccessible to their friends and families, even to legal attorneys that they’re supposed to get as stated by the law.
Three of them are currently undergoing a court trial. They are charged of violating the Law of the Republic of Indonesia, No. 01, 1946, article 14 and/or article 15, and against the Criminal Code article 160, where the conviction can be up to 10 years of prison time. Meanwhile, the other two, who are still underage, are already convicted with 4 months of prison time.
We are calling out for solidarity and open donation to support our comrades during their time behind bars. This solidarity is open for local donation or anyone overseas that shares the concern.

Aupa comrades & friends!
Due to the total lack of communication to date, we would like to remind you that there was a call for confirmation of attendance/support/ participation etc. for Agro-Crust X until May 15th…
A few bands reported that the dates of July were not going well for their playing, the rest keeping quiet. It’s impossible to get organized without communication, without a minimum of commitment, without support…
This very serious situation is not surprising. It has been seen in the last
few years that the struggle has gone downhill and everything has
become a virtual circus of kids who don’t want to get their hands dirty, or go out to the streets (if not for consumption or presentation of …) and even less to the fields, woods, rivers and mountains.
Almost everyone depends on the latest technology which has caused-
given the situation we’re living in right now which brought the dis-radicali- zation of many groups/collectives/individuals that today only exist in their own fantasy and/or on a virtual level and/or assistentially.
The Agro-Crust has always been a radical criticism of human civilization in this and other aspects. The social war needs preparation, organization, solidarity and mutual support. At no time can you rely on the states and their institutions that will always be our enemies to death!

Turin, Italy : The ”Scripta Manent” appeal trial has begun – Updates

roundrobin.info we receive and publish:
This morning July 1st, 2020 the first hearing of the appeal trial for the “Scripta Manent” inquest took place in the bunker court of the Vallette (Turin) prison.
The imprisoned accused (apart from Gabriel Pombo Da Silva) followed the hearing by videoconference.  In court and in the square in front of it a handful of people in solidarity were present.
Gabriel’s situation has been deleted for the moment due to notification problems because of his transfer from the prison of Badajoz to that of Leon, the judge reserving his re-inclusion for the future when notification problems are resolved.
The bulk of the hearing was taken up with the discussion of several objections lodged by defence lawyers regarding the recourse in appeal presented by PM Sparagna for those acquitted at the first degree trial. In particular it seemed evident that the PM had not respected the deadlines to present his appeal, but an acrobatic recalculation by the judges ruled late in the afternoon that the appeal is valid … so the trial will also go ahead for the defendants acquitted in first instance.
The next hearings are set for July 15 and 22, then it will go to September (and probably beginning of October).
As written on the banner exposed today outside the courtroom:
“Against the criminalisation of solidarity, always accomplices!”

Paska is now free as there are no precautionary requirements. The other three precautionary measures in prison have been confirmed. Charges of association, instigation with the aggravation of terrorism remain.
As far as the prisoners abroad are concerned, the review process will not start before extradition to Italian soil.

Somewhere in France : Relay antenna set on fire

Indymedia Nantes / Wednesday 24 June 2020

In May, we too we did what we liked. We set fire to a relay antenna.

We wanted to participate in the joyous wave that has spread around the world against technology. Sometimes, through the voice of the media, power chooses not to talk about certain things, for various reasons; that is what happened in this case and makes us hope that numerous unreported, unclaimed, actions against domination were carried out during this period.
It is clear that telephone operators are actively involved in the smooth running of the capitalist order. For a long time relay antennas have been important repressive tools to monitor and control communications and movement. And when the State decides that the only form of communication allowed must be virtual, the importance of technology is further increased. Indeed, our desire to attack them too.
It was possible to prepare this attack in a period when the State, the citizens, sought to prevent us from going out. It made us happy to find that when the net is closing, despite everything gaps open up.
We send all our solidarity to those affected by repression, whether imprisoned, electronically braceleted, under judicial control, surveillance or wanted.
Solidarity with the anarchists targeted by operation byalistok.

Athens,Greece: Solidarity action for Dervenion 56 squat and an international call for solidarity

On Friday 26/6, in Exarchia, the Greek state evacuated and sealed Dervenion 56 squat and the building at Dervenion 52. An immediate gathering of solidarity was held at Exarxia Square for several hours. In the evening of the same day, a solidarity march was held with the participation of 300 people.
The march ended at Dervenion squat, barricades were set up around the perimeter and then comrades broke the concrete blocks of shame. video Police never came and after some hours the protesters left.

Riot cops made again an operation the next morning, building again a concrete wall in front of the squat’s door. According to information, in the following days, various solidarity actions followed, a demonstration took place on the main shopping street of Athens, Ermou, where slogans were shouted, and apparently some people attacked multinational clothing companies in Ermou in the occupied -by the police-, center of Athens. Even the rich yapi nephew of the Prime Minister, the mayor of Athens, Costas Bakogiannis, could not escape the anger caused by the evacuations. The pioneer of violent gentrification and his bodyguards were attacked with coffees and other items by dozens of people at a local relegious festival. In the following days a march was held again at Exarhia where comrades demolished the walls of the sealed migrants’ squats at Themistocleous 58 and Spyrou Trikoupi 15. All these days, texts of solidarity were written and banners were put in various locations in Greece.

Berlin, Germany: French Embassy Vehicle Torched in Schöneberg

In complicity with the insurgents of this world and especially with those in revolt in the centers of the French metropolises, as well as the rioters in the banlieues, we torched an SUV from the French Embassy in front of one of the bigwig’s buildings at the Gleisdreiecks park in Schöneberg, Berlin at dawn on June 30th.
We send this sign of solidarity to all those who have long been confronting the cops of the colonial power France with stones and incendiary devices, looting and permanently challenging the state. Be it in the so-called hot zones of the French-dominated territory in Europe or overseas. The gendarmerie, BAC, CRS and other authorities regularly feel the anger of the oppressed on whose side we stand.
We also enjoy moments here when the anger is released and young people in Stuttgart or imprisoned people in Göttingen face the cops with stones, bottles and everything they have at hand.

Greece : Fundraising for the legal expenses of anarchist comrades G. Dimitrakis and C. Sakkas

On the 12th of June 2019, anarchists Giannis Dimitrakis and Kostas Sakkas were arrested, after attempting to expropriate an ATM cash supply delivery in Thessaloniki. Anarchist Dimitra Syrianou was arrested a few hours later for the same case. The next day, the three comrades were interrogated, prosecuted and charged. Comrades G.Dimitrakis and C.Sakkas are accused of robbery and are remanded, while D. Syrianou is accused of simple complicity and is set free on restrictive terms. The arrests, after an organized operation – ambush of the anti-terrorist and EKAM squads, were presented as a huge success for the Greek police, since both comrades had been systematically targeted by the prosecuting authorities in the past. Our two comrades have walked the path of the struggle, steadily taking up action and resisting as part of the social movements, making the choice of direct confrontation with the state and paying the price of extreme repression for it. Incarcerations, bullet wounds, torture, prison riots, hunger strikes, flights from trial, arrest warrants and then arrests and imprisonment again.
In 2006, comrade Giannis Dimitrakis had undergone arrest after the expropriation of a bank in the center of Athens, and was heavily wounded by the police who fired bullets at him. The comrade was taken to the hospital, where, while in intensive care, the authorities tortured him and threatened his life, demanding information about his associates. Meanwhile, the news of the arrest became a main story in the media, which, following police orders, launched a campaign of misinformation targeting his comrades, his friends, and his political environment. Names and photos of “suspects” were published, while, at the same time, arrest warrants were issued and comrades were prosecuted. At the same moment, the authorities expanded the accusations, using the imaginative concept of “the robbers in black”, who supposedly carried out robberies in order to finance “terrorist organizations” through the “revolutionary fund”. The large and militant solidarity movement that grew then throughout Greece, organizing events, protests, gatherings and attacking state targets, managed to block the campaign of terror launched by the authorities, but also to deconstruct the accusations, through its constant and determined presence during the trials.

To the friends and loves of my life, to my comrades of struggles and adventures, to the anarchists and all those interested in my situation: I am writing these few lines to update you on my conditions and to give you news of the repressive case that concerns me.
My arrest by the ROS flanked by the carabinieri of the local command came about at my parents’ house early in the morning of June 12. After a long search, mainly involving paper material in the van I was sleeping in and the room that I use, a long series of leaflets and posters, books, magazines (some of which they said “they don’t have”), personal correspondence, diaries, notebooks and various handwritten notes, all the computers and external storage media found in the house, two phones, a sim card, a digital camera, as well as the shoes I was wearing, a pair of gloves, a neck warmer and a military-style gas mask, were seized. I have been contextually served an order for pre-trial detention in prison for participation in an association for terrorist purposes and subversion of the democratic order.

Urgent Call for Solidarity: Our Friend Andreas Krebs is Dying (Italy, Germany)

Our friend Andreas is dying… (July 2, 2020)
… and everyone is watching. What has been happening to Andreas in jail in Naples for at least a year is a result that both the German and the Italian state are responsible for. In spite of his poor health, Andreas is denied adequate medical care despite promises to the contrary by the hospital management. He is brought to a hospital every hour for questionable or senseless examinations and then back to prison.
Andreas was diagnosed with cancer at least a year ago, it spread all over his body and he had unspeakable pain. He can hardly walk anymore, just eat more baby food, he loses blood and is often unconscious for days. His Italian lawyer is fighting at all levels, but transfer to house arrest has now been refused.
Andreas is doing very badly, suicide seems to be the only way out for him in the current situation.
Both the Italian and the German state know Andreas’ state of health. Nobody lifts a finger, fundamental human rights do not seem to apply to prisoners. What happens here is murder. And every suicide in jail is nothing else, because behind bars there are no free decisions.
We cannot stand by, although we are infinitely sad and angry and have no ideas what to do.
Confront the German and Italian authorities with their inactivity, call the Federal Foreign Office, Boschaft and the consulate.
Down with all prisons! Down with all states!

Provisional notes on 5G (Italy)

The reasons for opposing the 5G network are many, often overshadowed by the predominant (and absolutely legitimate) concern driven by an extremely noxious technology that will invade bodies and spaces with grave consequences from the point of view of health and environmental pollution. But when it comes to G5 we cannot just think of a mere advancement of the current G4 network, therefore a more rapid way of navigating. When we talk of G5 we can’t even see it as “just” yet another toxicity, and oppose it exclusively in terms of health safety of individuals and protection of the environment. The 5G network is above all a necessary infrastructure for the various actors in the field. For the bosses to increase profits on the backs of the workers; for States to increase social control within national borders, and to better orchestrate military operations on the various war fronts.
Let’s take a look at these aspects…

Yet another infrastructure for the bosses’ benefit

The 5G network will permit more simultaneous connections and passing of data with zero delay. These characteristics are fundamental for the large scale explosion of technologies that use Artificial Intelligence. As we know, Artificial Intelligence is becoming part of the production process by replacing human labour (or trying to).
Thus the worker is becoming more and more dependent on a mechanism, often without knowing how it works, more and more alienated, more and more dominated by work rhythms dictated from above. Their autonomy can only be reduced. They are no longer a protagonist but the terminal of a machine which, if it doesn’t overwhelm them, is because it has already kicked them out of the production process and taken their place. The 5G network corresponds more to the needs of industrialists than to those of average users (as they want us to believe). In fact, the Industry 4.0 model foresees that industrial plants (manufacturing, post-production and energy generation) will benefit from services created on the new mobile network.

Real justice belongs to the insurgents
Winners say they write history. But history is written in the streets of rage. In the slave markets and slums, in the bloody landowners’ fields, in the factory labour camps, in the modern immigrant concentration camps.

History is written on the barricades! With the slaves who broke their chains, in ransacked royal palaces, in violent strikes, with the monuments of slave traders sinking into the harbour, with the flames that envelop cop cars…

And time passes in circle orbits that meet the negations of our times, crushing and reconstructing within the ashes deeper meanings, writing in indelible colours on the line of oppression the word:

Greece: Debriefing and propositional statement of comrade Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis to the comrades

Text in Greek

Historical background

On the 21st of October, around 11pm, together with one more person, I made an appropriation of a state casino shop in Cholargos (suburb of Athens). Before our departure from the shop the rifle that was used for our self defense passed from the other person’s hand to mine. An automatic rifle, if available, is a convincing deterrent during any act that may come into confrontation with the murderous mercenaries of capitalism. Bastards like those who tortured to death George Floyd, the same bastards who gang killed Zak Kostopoulos, who was already wounded by the fascist shop-owners in a pedestrian road, in the middle of the day, in the city center, bastards who, shortly after, killed Embouka Mamasoubek inside a police station, and whose names are still kept secret, having enjoyed the full cover of the then leftist government and bourgeois justice, these bastards don’t understand any other language than the one they have learned to implement.

The moment I took the weapon, it fired, due to my negligence. The bullet hit my leg. After leaving the place, I sought refuge at the nearby home of an old friend. Estimating that very soon the repression mechanisms and their minions, the regime’s journalists, would publish my photo, I decided to evacuate a flat in which I was storing a number of tools for the resistance, with the aim to rescue them. So these tools ended up in the house where I had gone wounded, and from there into the warehouses of the militarist-statist rulers, about two weeks after my injury.

The following text is my political debriefing and statement about the continuation of the struggle, with reference to my injury and to the repression operation that followed. It was written in January this year, and was shared with collective bodies of the anti-state/anti-capitalist movement, on certain open political criteria. What preceded this, few days after the arrests, the abduction of fighters and home raids, was a first informative public statement by which I took the exclusive responsibility for the possession of the tools that where found in the home of my friend, among which was a rifle identified as belonging to the Organization of Revolutionary Self Defense. This second text about the events of the 21st of October and all that followed, is made public now.

The statement (of January) is made up of three sections. The first describes the political methodological framework of the debriefing, followed by a description of the facts on political terms and an overview of the political conditions which led to the particular repression operation. It concludes with a note on the fundamental shortcomings of the movement, persistent many decades now, which condemn those who struggle and those who rise up to stand like lamb to slaughter, faced with the murderous might of the state. These are the same shortcomings that lead combative formations into inevitable dis-continuity.

The second section is a summary of the first and a practical specification with regards to solidarity. It addresses the comrades who mobilized in solidarity in relation to the repression operation that followed the injury, and delineates certain facts for orientation. The third section is a debriefing, practical and political of the events that led to my injury.

In the end follows an epilogue, and an updated address to comrades, from the particular condition that I am in.

Debriefing and propositional statement of comrade Dimitris Chatzivasileiadis to the comrades

January 2020

In a debriefing, the first thing to do is to declare what is being accounted for. In conjunction to this it should be stated who is making the debriefing. What is accounted for is determined by who is making the debriefing. I should firstly note that when critique comes from outside a common field, then it is infertile, even hostile. Specifically, given that issues arise from the loss of an armed resistance infrastructure and the repression of a resistance organization, I begin, unquestionably, from the observation that critique towards actions and forms of organizing the armed foundation of the class struggle, which is the lung of every social struggle, is simply reactionary if it does not stem from procedures of armed organization, in the traditional materialist dialectical sense of the term, and it functions in a counter-revolutionary manner. It is meaningless even for former members or members of former organizations to make a public debriefing, if this does not take place within the context of a new organizational effort, or at least of a new proposal, and even then, this should be done with restrain. When this happens, it both entails and reveals selfish purposes. From self-satisfaction to the transformation of history into personal and political honors. Continue Reading →
