When presenting his « Sustainability Report » a few weeks ago, the president of the Trento Confindustria [general confederation of Italian industry] Fausto Manzana stressed the need to relaunch the economy while guaranteeing respect for the environment: «But this priority – he added – cannot fail to take into account that major works need to be undertaken both on a national level, to better connect our Country to the rest of Europe, and in our Province». Then he made explicit reference to the Valdastico [motorway] (with the northern exit), the third lane of the Autobrennero, the ring roads in Trento and Rovereto, the works linked to the Brenner Tunnel.
That the boss of the industrialists, while claiming to carry out Major works with a disastrous impact on the territory (and on climate change) is mentioning sustainability and respect for the environment is indicative of how the logic of profit and the subjugation of language always proceed hand in hand. Sense of limits, involvement of populations, change in lifestyles, second thoughts aroused by the quarantine and other stories commentators have entertained us in the newspapers, on television or on the radio during the past weeks of house arrest? Here these are summed up by Manzana: “Research will find solutions, the market will find the way”.
The Blanzay wind farm project continues to be talked about: a wind measurement mast was set on fire in a field in La Chassagne in the night of July 30 to 31. This had just been installed in a field located in the eastern zone of the Blanzeen wind farm, in La Chassagne, the initiative of the Volkswind company.
A controversial wind project
The SAS Wind Farm of Blanzay was authorized, by prefectural decree dated 16 October 2019, to install and operate a wind farm on the land of the municipality of Blanzay. The pilot report of the Blanzay wind farm, established following the February 12 meeting 2020, provided for the erection of a wind measurement mast in the summer of 2020. It was further specified that “the measurement data of wind over a full year will help refine production forecasts of the park within the framework of the bank financing of the project”.
Shortly after its installation, during the night of July 30 to 31, a tyre at the foot of the pylon was set on fire and the flames blackened the base of the metal edifice.
Berlin: ACTION WEEK FOR LIEBIG34 – 07.09 – 13.09.20
Liebig 34 is being threatend by eviction. When state, cops and the owner want to evict, they will only have a desaster on their hands.
As an anarcha-queer-feminist selforganized house-project without cis-men, directly at the square „Dorfplatz“ in Friedrichshain, Liebig 34 is a place where resistive actions and collective moments are decided and organized. A place where self-organization becomes a dangerous word, where a project is becoming a starting point of struggles and not just a space of self-reference and alternative entertainment.
The project itself has taken part in the planning of many of demonstrations, published numerous calls and texts and carried out various radical actions. But it is also a symbol of radicalization and empowerment for the antagonistic scene in Berlin and in Germany, as it shows how to fight various forms of resistance.
Gabriel has asked us to select some of his words from his more recent letters and compile a communique addressed to all those who would like to read it, as it is impossible for him to write one now that would get out of the prison where they are holding him kidnapped. The letters in question, which arrived after much delay, are dated from 11th April to 20th May when he wrote the only letter in the prison of Badajoz in Portogal, [he has since been transferred to the prison of Mansilla de las Mulas in León].
Gabriel sends strong hugs to all the comrades who are supporting him sincerely and to all the dignified individuals who continue to struggle for freedom in whatever part of the world they find themselves.
Freedom for Gabriel!
Freedom for all!
Long live Anarchy!
Words from Gabriel Pombo Da Silva, April – May 2020
“… what is happening has no logic or rules… it’s like playing a game of chess where every now and again someone buts in and moves a piece on the board… how can you play or win a game like that? What are the ‘rules’ or the ‘limits’? I can’t even talk about ‘Law’ (regardless of what I think about it) or appeal to ‘Rights’ after all I have gone through… that’s why I am wondering: given that I don’t have any ‘Rights’, what are the ‘rules’ of this struggle? In the end the State’s war against resilient individuals is always dirty, without any ‘rules’…”
“To keep silent is to tolerate what is abhorrent, to rot inside. It is a thousand times better to die for what one believes, thinks and feels than to keep quiet and ‘live’ in the grip of a state of terror. What life of shit could that ever be?”
“The day when not one single individual exists that is capable of resisting the authoritarian mega-machine (and I’m not talking about ancient mythology), the freedom of everyone will be dead… we will only be appendices of a system that produces nothing but extreme alienation.”
Gabriel Pombo Da Silva
11th April 2020
(…) I want the month of April to be over… in May I might go away from here. Well, rather than go away, they’ll take me away… it’s important to write and speak with propriety, hehe.
Clearly changes always upset and worry us but… we already know that we have no say in anything here (and the detention situation in this place is heavy…) and that the push to my situation must be given out there… so, ‘calm or concerned’ we need a change of scenery.
Some information about the new attempt to evict Rigaer94 has already been spread in the last days, here is a summary also with regard to the threatened Liebig34.
Since the last major attack on Rigaer94 in Summer 2016, the coalition of the alleged owner of the house and Berlin Police has lost all legal proceedings. At the same time the „owner“ of Liebig34 was successful in court with his action for eviction. The distance between the two squats is 100 meters and in this area the cops and the image of the city of Berlin suffer a lot of damage.
Some call this a lawless area and a danger zone, but here there is a neighborhood based on solidarity and resistance structures. The current legal situation of Rigaer94 is as follows : on 4 floors in the back house a collective lives together, which also runs the bar and meeting point Kadterschmiede. On the ground floor the autonomous youth club Keimzelle squats their rooms. In the front building friends and other parts of the collective live in the flats. Both in the front and in the back we have valid rental contracts for some rooms, some of the rooms, including Kadterschmiede, are occupied. The aim of “Lafone Investment Ltd”, the Police and the Berlin government is to evict us completely from this house, because they hope that this will put an end to the solidary neighborhood and its constant attacks against them. In addition, the clearing of Liebig34 seems very difficult to them as long as we still exist.
This is what the investigators looking into the unexpected blaze at the Parsec 3.26 on April 27, on the outskirts of Lecce in full lockdown, have had. And since Finimondo published a text which did not condemn what happened and were not outraged by it, quite the contrary, and as the animators of Finimondo live not far from the headquarters of that company whose social and economic reason for being is to embody Big Brother, you want to bet that 1 + 1 +
So today, Monday July 27th, we were dragged out of bed early in the morning. No, it wasn’t the alarm clock, it was the Digos [political police]. They came to carry out a search and to give one of us a notice of investigation. They suspect he was the one who left “a pot containing petrol and two camping gas canisters” near the techno-cop company in Salento. The search, particularly attentive to computer equipment (which allows “understanding of the actual purposes of the act”) and clothing (being strangely attracted to multicolour, black must have gone out of fashion), had a positive outcome. No, but what are we saying, positive is too little, we would go as far as to say very positive. In fact, it seems they have discovered that there are traces of Finimondo’s text on the computer used by the suspect who has fired the Prosecutor’s imagination so much (you don’t say?). Moreover two camping gas canisters were seized (oh really?). Finally – you will never believe it! – they even found pots in his kitchen (seriously?). They didn’t seize them, only photographed them, for everlasting evidence. As we anticipated, 1 + 1 + …
Some local news. We don’t know when, we don’t know who, we don’t know why, we only know where. And that alone is enough to open your heart, even if what happened seems not to have been very successful. But, as is well known, in some things it’s the thought that counts.
A thought like the one someone left on the wall of a company in the outskirts of Lecce last weekend. It wasn’t a poster, or a slogan, no, it was a pot full of petrol with a couple of gas canisters attached to it, equipped with a rudimentary, possibly defective, fuse. There was a big blaze, but no explosion. The local media have no idea when it happened. Um, between the evening of Friday April 24 and the morning of Monday the 27th? They don’t even say who it could have been, or for what reason. Um, an act of intimidation or retaliation by some criminal or unbalanced element? On the other hand, they were very precise about where it occurred: in via del Platano 7, in the Castromediano district, headquarters of Parsec 3.26.
But what is it involved in, this Parsec 3.26? It is a computer company specializing in digital technologies for the local authorities. For example, it created the software that is used by the police and the banks for the facial recognition of those filmed by video surveillance cameras. Ah, that’s all? Could it have been targeted because of, as we learn by browsing the site with the dreadful techno-Anglo-cretinising language, its “passion is E-Government”?
27/28.07.2020: After almost a year and a half on the run, more precisely since February 7, 2019 when the l’Asilo Occupato was evicted and Operation Scintilla began, Carla was arrested with a European arrest warrant on Sunday, July 23rd in St. Etienne, near Lyon.
The operation was carried out by a dozen or so police from the BIS (Research & Investigation Brigade) and the DGSI (Directorate General of Internal Security) armed with assault rifles who threw her to the ground, handcuffed her and dragged her into a car. With her were some people who were driven away and then released without being identified. Apparently Carla had been under surveillance for several days.
Presenting 56 pages of anti-organisational, insurrectional, anti-civilisation anarchy of the 21st Century. A collection of critical texts and letters from anarchist points of view examining the new changes in production and social control brought about by new technologies which are ushering in a totalising prison-world and the advance of smarter-than-human machines. This issue of 325 builds on the considerations and content of the last issue which took as it’s focus the subject of the Technological Singularity. Six years later, the mechanisms, ideologies and impacts of this global dystopian project are nearer and clearer and the texts you will read in this new issue deal with the emerging realities of these technological revolutions.
For the first time, 325 is coming out in 3 languages: First in English, with Spanish and Italian to follow. Printed copies will be available soon, but we also encourage people to print out their own copies and distribute them in their area.

Communique from Anarchist Prisoner Mónica Andrea Caballero Sepúlveda
Compañerxs, friends and family:
Again, I write to you from a cell. I am being held in the San Miguel prison. For fourteen days I will be isolated due to the protocols implemented to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Afterwards I will be classified and taken to a permanent module.
It’s almost been ten years since I first set foot in prison as a defendant. Since then, my life has always been in one way or the other linked to prisons. While the system of control can change, the essential structure doesn’t, it continues seeking punishment and repentance.
It is becoming more and more obvious that the dominant economic system is sacrificing any expression of individual freedom, social equality and solidarity to the law of profit and exasperated competition.
In the face of all this, numerous scenarios of revolt are breaking out and spreading in every part of the world.
From Kurdish democratic federalism to the Zapatist autonomous territories, from Hong Kong to Chile.
In recent months, the way in which the Covid pandemic has been managed has further amplified and made evident the inequality between those who suffer the system and those who claim to control it.
This has made social tension and its explosive potential more extreme.
George Floyd’s death, in itself not an exceptional event in the context of the brutality of a system that kills and devastates every day, which happened during the global lockdown due to the pandemic, has unleashed an explosion of anger on an international level that has shown itself in multiple forms: from sieges of police districts to the plunder of the goods that many no longer have, or never had, the possibility to possess, to huge demonstrations in the streets.
For us, animal liberation and human liberation are two parts of the same struggle, the liberationist struggle is total, and anarchist, or it is nothing.
We want to get word out to animal rights, vegan, animal liberationist and anarchist comrades that recently we both saw on animal liberation sites and received an anonymous call asking for solidarity to Walter Bond, after he got out of prison. Whilst news of Walter Bond, the ‘Lone Wolf’ Animal Liberation Front prisoner getting out was welcome, -we’d followed his case from the very beginning, feeling affinity with the arson attacks he’d been sentenced for-, we received bad news after publishing that was confirmed shortly afterwards through the Anarchist Black Cross.
We were informed that when Walter was getting near to the end of his release date, he had completely reneged anarchy and now appears to have embraced eco-fascism. In September 2019, Walter published an open letter(1) on his support site rejecting the anarchist movement. The themes in this reactionary and despicable letter borrow from eco-fascist criticisms of anarchy, (that hierarchy is ‘natural’*, that anarchism is hypocritical when it comes to issues of power, that it is single-issue obsessed, only concerned with identity politics etc.). Around this same time, Walter wrote letters to various anarchist groups in the U.S. asking for support efforts from and contact with the anarchist movement to cease. Upon our request for any related information, Philadelphia Anarchist Black Cross forwarded us a photo of Neo-Nazi propaganda on the back of a letter from Walter. The original photo had been shared by the recipient in an animal liberation group in early 2020. Continue Reading →

Fresnes, 18 July 2020
I am writing to tell you that I am in good shape, moral is good and I continue to have a lot of energy!I’m taking this opportunity to thank everyone who wrote to me, who thought of me, who supported me, from the bottom of my heart. I won’t hide from you that when I get letters it puts me in a good mood and that gives me a lot, a lot of strength.
I also had the pleasure of learning about the campaign of defamation through a few newspaper articles that have been consecrated to me. Nothing surprising, the media are an instrument of power, used to tarnish our personalities and to fuel the lies that justify my imprisonment! I send them all back my contempt, as also the investigators of this umpteenth repressive operation.
After almost a month in the closet, during the sentencing for my extradition which I opposed,
I had the opportunity to read the French version of the accusations against me and finally learned the reasons for which I am imprisoned. In a word, they accuse me of being an anarchist because in reality there is not much in my file. Only ideological attacks and solidarity offences!
